I chose Elemental Yoga because the word "Elemental" refers to embodying the powers of nature: earth, water, air and fire. Then "Yoga" which brings harmony between the mind and body. WE ARE ELEMENTAL. With the practice of harmonizing our energetic elements, which at times are imbalanced or can also become seemly derailed, balance can come to be. Yoga is so many things! It's much more than poses. Let's learn to just "BE"!
